Pep pep.

Tour was fun! Yeaaaah tour!

Playing with Black Cobra, Valient Thorr, and The Sword was freakin’ fun as heck! Yeaaaah heck!

And playing with Jucifer, To the Wolves and Deathkiller next month is gonna be freakin’ heavy as heck! Yeaaaah heavy as heck!

We’ve also been spending some time over at Mad Oak Studios recording a couple tunes for a spilt that we’re gonna try and do with our homeboys Bloodcow. Maybe it’ll be out in late winter. Maybe it’ll be out in early spring. You’ll just have to wait and find out there Mr. Fancypants.

Fin.

Ef yes.

I have but the briefest moment, my dears. Tour is going swell. But we’ve regrettably had to cancel the Burlington show. The venue is no longer available and no other venue has yet been booked. So, sorry Burlington! We’ll see you soon.

Last two dates are:

10.25.07 w/ Imperial Battlesnake, Bloodcow, others TBA @ The Living Room, Providence, RI ($?)

10.26.07 w/ Imperial Battlesnake, Bloodcow, The Proselyte @ Church (prev. The Linwood), Boston, MA ($8)

And I don’t wanna brag/pander but a) these shows are going to be sick as hell and b) we’re gonna have a way limited supply of screen printed tour posters for sale in Boston. Our homeboy Josh McAlear who tattoos over at Redemption provided the artwork and our design hero Rob Matyas took care of the layout and design. Liberated Images printed them for us. So get there early. Buy one. We could use the money. We drank our way through the east coast and are physically and fiscally damaged. Plus, really, how bad ass is this?

Super Excellent Happy Times!

Hot show this weekend. Sure to one of the weird-er-er clusterloves of live music you could ever hope for. And Motherboar finally wrote some new freakin’ tunes (and resurrected an old one). Some of which we’re finally gonna play out on Sunday. Titles include “Camel Puncher,” “Party Song,” and “Can’t Lock the Rock.”

Check the listing off to the right there, Pops.

Also, the tour dates are pretty much wrapped up. We’re still trying to fill in Oct. 24 some place. And pick up a local act here and there. Any leads will be rewarded with a big sloppy kiss on the lips. Unless you’re a dude. Then you get a how’s-your-father. Of the loins. Loins.

And wait till you see the ass kicking tour poster. It’s gonna… ummm. Kick ass. And probably a loin or two. Wear your cup.

Old Country Grand Buffet

Not sure if y’unz were aware of The Grotto Boy’s Pixburgh pedigree. Having lived there and played in bands, Benny and I had the thrill honor of knowing, playing with, and loving (biblically) Grand Buffet. Also turns out that Brian has photographed them a couple few times and his best buddy Alan Astor has played with them a couple few times. To top it off Kenny knows them purdy good through his old pal Sage Francis. What’re the odds?!!? Not that bad when you realize that Grand Buffet is magical.

Anyways, we’ve been trying to play with them every time they’ve come to Boston or hereabouts. We figure if we’re going to go out to a GB show to see the wizardry and do shots with Lord Grunge, we might as well play, too. So finally! This September 23 @ Harper’s Ferrywe’ll share the stage with Jarrod and Jackson. Psyched.

There’s a chance we’ll be wasted.
